It is always so exciting and such a honor to feature recipes in a magazine, especially one as lovely as Good Magazine. I love everything in Good, even the paper that the magazine is printed on feels gorgeous!
This month I created some lovely festive nibbles for Good. They are super delicious and as always with my recipes easy to make with just a handful of everyday real ingredients!
My favourite has to be my mum’s Cured Salmon with a beetroot twist and the stuffed mushrooms with caramelised onions and goats cheese are amazing, not to mention the bacon wrapped pineapple with balsamic!
