3 large chicken breast
1 teaspoon of smokey paprika
1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder (optional)
pinch of salt
Cut the chicken with the grain of the meat into tenders and set aside, you should be able to get 4 or 5 tenders from each breast. Juice 1 of the limes and place juice in a bowl. Add the paprika, chilli and salt to the lime juice and mix together. Place the chicken in the town and coat the chicken in the mixture. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan with the coconut oil. When the pan is hot place five or six chicken tenders in the pan and cook each side until caramelised and cooked right through. Lastly cut the second lime in half and cook the cut side down in the pan with the chicken.
Serve and enjoy.
