Real Food Pledge was the first book that I wrote. I share the reason why I choose a real food lifestyle, how I got started and the research that I have done. There are around 40 super easy, delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and treats to help you to get started with a real food life. The book is full of beautiful images of each recipes.
Real Food Everyday is the second book that I wrote. It is focused on delicious and easy recipes for anyone that loves to use real ingredients and wants it to be easy. There are over 100 recipes for all sorts of occasions including everyday, picnics, treats, Christmas and staples.
