In Australia, we love a good burger! These burgers are my favourite weekend meal at the moment, I have been making a huge batch of meat patties for the weekend and storing them in the fridge. No one in the house ever goes hungry because the kids can cook up a big healthy burger any time and stack it with their favourite salad ingredients. It has been working really well, especially for my oh so hungry growing boys.
These Aussie burgers are gluten free and so delicious that you won’t miss the bun at all!
